We want you to love your Princess Highway items, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all full-priced garments. If your vintage-inspired piece isn't quite right, you can return it for a refund or store credit provided it is in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn items with all original tags attached into a secure mailing satchel or the original packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
